• Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Online Payments: Payments for services can be made online through our secure payment gateway during the booking process. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and digital payment methods.

• In-Person Payments: Customers can also pay in-person using credit cards, debit cards, or cash upon arrival for their appointment.

• Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you

3. Gift Card Policy

• Purchasing Gift Cards: Gift cards can be purchased online through our website or in-store. They are available in customizable amounts and can be redeemed for any service offered at Aira Foot Spa.

• Gift Card Usage: Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other promotions or discounts.

• Gift Card Expiration: Gift cards do not expire, making them a perfect gift for any occasion.

• Non-Refundable: All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded.

4. Arrival Policy

• Early Arrival: To ensure you have a relaxing experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and to settle in.

• Late Arrivals: We understand that life can get busy. If you arrive late, we will try our best to accommodate you; however, your session may be shortened in consideration of the next guest.
